(EN) The invention provides a method for measuring a boundary dimension of a wheel. The method comprises the following steps: irradiating the wheel with at least three line light sources; shooting a light cutting line formed by each line light source on the wheel; calculating the axis of the wheel with three intact light cutting lines along the width direction of the wheel; and determining boundary dimension parameters of the wheel according to the axis and the optical cutting lines. The wheel is irradiated with at least three line light sources; the axis of the wheel is calculated with at least three intact light cutting lines; and each optical cutting line is located on the wheel and is determined relative to the positional relationship of the wheel, so that the system error caused by rail deformation and snaking motion of the wheel along the rail when the axis of the wheel is calculated by two optical cutting lines and the third line, in contact with the rail, of the wheel in the prior art is avoided; and the reliability of wheel axis calculation is improved, so that the measurement accuracy of the boundary dimension of the wheel is improved.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种车轮外形尺寸测量方法,包括以下步骤:采用至少三个线光源照射车轮;拍摄每个所述线光源在车轮上形成的光截线;以至少三条沿车轮宽度方向完整的所述光截线计算所述车轮的轴心线;根据所述轴心线和所述光截线确定车轮的外形尺寸参数。由于采用至少三个线光源照射车轮,且采用至少三个完整的光截线计算车轮的轴心线,其中每个光截线均位于车轮上且相对车轮的位置关系确定,因此不会如现有技术采用两个光截线、车轮与铁轨接触的第三条线计算车轮的轴心线时引入铁轨变形和车轮沿铁轨做蛇形运动产生的系统误差,提高车轮轴心线计算的可靠性,进而提高车轮外形尺寸测量的准确性。
