Abstract:
A business operations assistance device that uses a contract cancellation prediction to generate a business operations plan, enabling an operations supervisor to carry out business operations efficiently and with appropriate timing. In this business operations assistance device, a customer management unit rewrites contracted customer information whenever a change occurs in contracted customer information, which includes new contracts and cancelled contracts. On the basis of the contracted customer information rewritten by the customer management unit and analysis subject conditions set by a user and indicating which information among the contracted customer information is to be analyzed, an analysis/prediction unit predicts, for each condition to be analyzed, a future cancellation rate of customers currently under contract. A cancellation rate list generation unit re-orders the contracted customers in order, beginning with the highest future cancellation rate as predicted by the analysis/prediction unit, and generates a contracted customer list showing the contracted customers in order, beginning with the highest future cancellation rate. A business operations plan generation unit identifies customers with a high future cancellation rate from the contracted customer list generated by the cancellation rate list generation unit, and generates a business operations plan prompting the operations supervisor regarding business operations with respect to the customers identified as having a high future cancellation rate.
