Claims

1. An electric motor diagnosis device comprising:

- a current detection circuit for detecting a current of an electric motor on the basis of a current flowing through a main circuit of a power source connected to the electric motor;

- a voltage detection circuit for detecting a voltage of the electric motor on the basis of a voltage of the main circuit of the power source;

- a logical calculation unit which is adapted to receive outputs from the current detection circuit and the voltage detection circuit, and to determine a winding short-circuit abnormality in the electric motor;

- a display unit for displaying, when the logical calculation unit detects an abnormality in the electric motor, that the abnormality has occurred; and

- an external output unit for reporting, when the logical calculation unit detects an abnormality in the electric motor, occurrence of the abnormality to an outside thereof,

wherein the logical calculation unit is adapted to determine and detect a winding short-circuit by distinguishing, even when a load torque varies during operation of the electric motor, the winding short-circuit from power source imbalance on the basis of a reverse-phase current, a reverse-phase voltage, a positive-phase current, and a reverse-phase admittance which are obtained through analysis of the voltage and the current of the electric motor.
  2. The electric motor diagnosis device according to claim 1,
wherein the logical calculation unit:

comprises

- an evaluation value analysis unit for analyzing an evaluation value obtained from the reverse-phase current, the reverse-phase voltage, and the reverse-phase admittance,

- an analysis unit for analyzing the increase amounts of the reverse-phase current and the positive-phase current, and

- an analysis unit for analyzing the voltage imbalance rate of the power source;

and
is adapted to determine the winding short-circuit in the electric motor by distinguishing the winding short-circuit from voltage imbalance in the power source and a contact failure.


  3. The electric motor diagnosis device according to claim 2,
wherein the logical calculation unit is adapted to store a positive-phase current characteristic of the reverse-phase admittance at a normal time before performing determination of the winding short-circuit, and to assign a reverse-phase admittance value of the positive-phase current in an evaluation value analysis performed by the evaluation value analysis unit.
  4. The electric motor diagnosis device according to claim 2 or 3,
wherein the evaluation value analysis unit of the logical calculation unit is adapted to calculate an evaluation value

and to determine the winding short-circuit in the electric motor when the evaluation value A is greater than a predetermined threshold δ1.
  5. The electric motor diagnosis device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the analysis unit, of the logical calculation unit, for analyzing the increase amounts of the reverse-phase current and the positive-phase current, is adapted to store an increase amount of reverse-phase current/positive-phase current characteristic at a normal time before performing determination, to determine a threshold δ2 by statistical processing, and to distinguish the winding short-circuit in the electric motor from the contact failure depending on whether the increase amount of the reverse-phase current relative to the positive-phase current is greater or less than the threshold δ2.
  6. The electric motor diagnosis device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the analysis unit, of the logical calculation unit, for analyzing the voltage imbalance rate is adapted to determine a voltage imbalance when the voltage imbalance rate of the power source is greater than a predetermined value.
  7. The electric motor diagnosis device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the logical calculation unit is adapted to collectively perform abnormality determination on a plurality of the electric motors, to determine abnormality in the electric motors.
  8. An electric motor diagnosis device comprising:

- a current detection circuit for detecting a current of an electric motor on the basis of a current flowing through a main circuit of a power source connected to the electric motor;

- a logical calculation unit which is adapted to receive an output from the current detection circuit, and to determine a winding short-circuit abnormality in the electric motor;

- a display unit for displaying, when the logical calculation unit detects an abnormality in the electric motor, that the abnormality has occurred; and

- an external output unit for reporting, when the logical calculation unit detects an abnormality in the electric motor, occurrence of the abnormality to an outside thereof,

wherein the logical calculation unit is adapted to determine and to detect a winding short-circuit by distinguishing, even when a load torque varies during operation of the electric motor, the winding short-circuit from power source imbalance on the basis of a reverse-phase current and a positive-phase current which are obtained through analysis of the current of the electric motor.
  9. The electric motor diagnosis device according to claim 8,
wherein the logical calculation unit comprises an analysis unit for analyzing increase amounts of the reverse-phase current and the positive-phase current, is adapted to store an increase amount of a reverse-phase current/positive-phase current characteristic at a normal time before performing determination, to determine a threshold δ2 by statistical processing, and to distinguish the winding short-circuit in the electric motor from the contact failure depending on whether the increase amount of the reverse-phase current relative to the positive-phase current is greater or less than the threshold δ2.
