An antenna for transmitting and receiving radio frequency energy. The antenna comprises a conductive top plate formed in the shape of a spiral. In one embodiment a sidewall meanderline extends from an edge of the top plate in the direction of a ground plane. A shorting meanderline connects the top plate and the ground plane. A first region of the top plate overlies the ground plane. A second region of the top plate extends beyond the ground plane. Tuning is provided by adjusting the length and other dimensions of the meanderlines.

Historical vehicle-to-wireless-power-transmitter alignment information may be updated based on the sensor measurements and corresponding wireless power transfer efficiency measurements and may be used to park the vehicle in an optimal location during subsequent parking events. Vehicle parking position may be intentionally varied over a series of parking events to gather additional alignment information.

The present invention relates to a construction tool, especially to a wire bundling device for fixing and bundling reinforcing steels. It includes a leading part, a principal axis part, a main control panel, a damper, a safety protection part, a cutting part, a wire supply part, a line box, a hull and a power supply device which is equipped with changeable batteries. The direct current motor driving the wire supply part sends the wire to the cutting part and the collet of the principal axis. Then the wire passes through the wire supply part. After that it turns around into the principal axis. The direct current motor on the principal axis drives the principal axis twister and the cutting part to cut and screw the wire for binding the reinforcing steels. According to this invention, the wire automatically twisting the reinforcing steels and the wire's straining, cutting and screwing is completed under the control of the electronic sensor, the main control panel and the machine. It not only achieves an automatical construction and reduces the user's working, but also increases the work efficiency and decreases the waste of the wire.
