The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and materials. More specifically, the invention relates to a self-adjusting system of crossing rails having multiple characteristics which extend the useful life of the crossing system by at least a factor of four, while offering a safety support by providing redundancy to the line system. In this way, human passengers can move from place to place easily and safely with a minimum of noise and vibrations. In addition, the proprietor of the system can benefit from lower maintenance costs and less exposure to financial risk. Moreover, the system can be installed at a multitude of diverse natural sites without altering or damaging the environment. Moreover, the same components can be used to produce other configuration options which increase the possibility of creating a system having characteristics enabling same to cover a multitude of inclinations. According to the invention, the various components are combined in order to obtain (i) maximum conservation of energy, said configuration combining a smooth rail (Fig. 1) and the self-balancing system (Fig. 3), or (ii) maximum braking, said configuration combining the skeleton rail (Fig. 2) and the high-braking safety system (Fig. 4).

The electronic support measures (ESM) system and radar warning receiver are controlled by a multi-system sensor manager having an ESM scheduler. In accordance with the present method, a maximum duty cycle is chosen for the ESM system. The chosen duty cycle is allocated to the ESM system each frame by the ESM scheduler. At the beginning of each frame, the ESM scheduler picks a random offset and subtracts it from the maximum duty to compute an ESM duty for that frame. The ESM scheduler commands data collections based on the computed duty for that frame. This step is repeated each frame.

With this configuration, the novices can easily use the scissors-sharpener in order to uniformly and regularly sharpen haircutting scissors, without causing their fingers to be hurt from slipping or the blade edges of the scissors to be damaged because of irregular sharpening.

This invention relates to an oil pumping unit without a walking beam comprising an electric motor (1) and a speed reducer (3) driven by the motor (1). There is provided in the unit a rack (7) with one end thereof engaging with the planetary gear (5) and the other end thereof engaging with another gear (8). An output of the gear (8) drives a cable transmission mechanism comprising a cable (11) with one end thereof attached to a balance weight and the other end thereof attached to a pumping rod. The maximum acceleration 0.6m of the pumping rod helps to reduce the inertial force of the pumping rod of the oil pumping unit without a walking beam with improvement in the lubrification and the dust prevention.
