The invention relates to a method for building anti-seismic and anti-cyclonic individual housings. It is comprised of the combination of 1) piles consisting of a hollow strut and a base which are prefabricated; 2) elements which are also prefabricated and are made of reinforced concrete comprising girders, beams (6) and shell-like panels used both for forming floors (4) and the outer or inner walls (5) said elements being in the first place assembled by bolting (14, 15); 3) stiffening posts (7) and ties (8) of reinforced concrete, cast in place, forming the definitive assembly; 4) a roof consisting of a metal framework attached to the concrete parts, and of a covering of undulated galvanized pre-lacquered steel sheet. The method allows the building of houses of any size in conformity with anti-seismic and anti-cyclonic regulations, particularly in regions subjected to hurricanes.

A compliant tower is disclosed having a foundation (16) connected to a wide-bodied compliant framework (12) with a plurality of vertically extending legs (20) and a minimum of horizontal bracing. The compliant framework is configured to maintain a substantially wide, open riser suspension corridor. A topside facility is supported by the compliant framework and a plurality of freely suspended production risers extend through the riser suspension corridor from the vicinity of the topside facility to communicate with the reservoir. These production risers are spaced to provide clearance to prevent riser interference in response to normal flexure of the compliant tower and normal environmental loads on the risers. A riser support assembly is configured to accommodate relative motion between the risers and the topside facility, supporting the production risers in tension near their upper ends to provide the principal load transfer between the riser and the compliant framework.

It will prevent anyone from using it until time has lapsed. The black box has different switches in order to change the combination (button, combination, mechanical key). They are positioned on the front of the box.

A process which permits the facile conversion of green bananas to a sugar syrup uses a sequence of steps involving grinding the bananas, heating the bananas, treating the bananas with an alpha amylase to convert the starch granules into lower molecular weight molecules (liquefaction), changing conditions and treating the low molecular weight starch molecules and other substances in the liquified fluid with the enzymes, amyloglucosidase, pectinase, cellulase, macerase, etc., filtering the resultant fluid to remove the solids, and if necessary, evaporating the sugar solution to a suitable concentration. Use of elevated pH in each of the enzymatic conversion steps was found to greatly increase the glucose yield.
