SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition which comprises: a (meth)acrylic copolymer containing 0.01 to 1 mass% of a structural unit derived from a monomer having an acid value of 2.5 mgKOH/g or less and a hydroxyl group based on the total structural unit; 5 to 30 pts.mass of a tolylene diisocyanate-based compound based on 100 pts.mass of the (meth)acrylic copolymer; and an imidazole compound.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional polarized lens which is free from optical spots appearing at boundaries between lens base materials laminated in the polarized lens, has boundary surfaces with good adhesion, exhibits good doping efficiency of functionality-imparting agents for functions such as thermochromic property, photochromic property, ultraviolet or infrared absorption, and is capable of sufficiently securing those additional functions.

SOLUTION: A multi-functional polarized lens A includes a polarized film 1 with lens base material layers made of a prescribed resin, such as an allyl diglycol carbonate resin (CR-39 (R) made by PPG industries), urethane resin, or the like, integrally formed on both front and back surfaces of the polarized film 1, respectively, by mean of insert molding. Out of the front and back surfaces of the polarized film 1, the front surface side is formed with a first lens base material layer 2 containing a light absorbent, which may be an ultraviolet light absorbent, infrared light absorbent, photochromic light absorbent, or thermochromic light absorbent, as an additive component, while the back surface side is formed with a second lens substrate layer 3 containing no light absorbents.
