Resumo:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for sampling particulate matter contained in stack gas and, more particularly, to a continuous isokinetic sampling device for stack gas having a suction nozzle to which a sectional area control device is attached, and an automatic continuous measurement system for fine dust in stack gas comprising the same combined therewith, wherein: in order to suction a sample at the same rate as the flow rate of stack gas in a stack gas emission source, the sectional area of a suction nozzle is automatically controlled so as to suction a sample at the same rate as the flow rate in the emission source, whereby measurement errors due to the inertial force of particulate matter are eliminated; and particulate matter is introduced into a cascade impactor at a constant flow rate of suction gas of 16.67ℓ/min so as to continuously separate the particulate matter into particulate matter less than 10µm (PM10) and particulate matter less than 2.5µm (PM2.5) and automatically measure the PM10 and the PM2.5. The present invention can satisfy both conditions for a sampling device and a cascade impactor for particulate matter in stack gas, which are in conflict with each other, and thus can perform both sampling and automatic continuous measurement of particulate matter in stack gas while minimizing measurement errors.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'échantillonnage de matière particulaire contenue dans un gaz de combustion et, plus particulièrement, à un dispositif d'échantillonnage isocinétique continu pour un gaz de combustion ayant une buse d'aspiration à laquelle un dispositif de commande de section est fixé, et un système de mesure continu automatique de la poussière fine dans un gaz de combustion le comprenant combiné avec celui-ci, dans lequel : afin d'aspirer un échantillon à la même vitesse que le débit de gaz de combustion dans une source d'émission de gaz de combustion, la section d'une buse d'aspiration est automatiquement commandée de façon à aspirer un échantillon à la même vitesse que le débit de la source d'émission, permettant ainsi d'éliminer les erreurs de mesure dues à la force d'inertie de la matière particulaire; et la matière particulaire est introduite dans un impacteur en cascade à un débit constant de gaz d'aspiration de 16,67 l/min de façon à séparer en continu la matière particulaire en une matière particulaire inférieure à 10 µm (PM10) et une matière particulaire inférieure à 2,5 µm (PM2.5) et à mesurer automatiquement la PM10 et la PM25. La présente invention peut satisfaire les deux conditions pour un dispositif d'échantillonnage et un impacteur en cascade pour matière particulaire dans un gaz de combustion, qui sont en conflit l'un avec l'autre, et peut ainsi effectuer à la fois un échantillonnage et une mesure continue automatique de matière particulaire dans un gaz de combustion tout en minimisant les erreurs de mesure.
(KO) 본 발명은 배기가스에 포함된 입자상 물질을 채취하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 배기가스 배출원의 유속과 등속으로 흡인하기위기 위하여 흡인노즐의 단면적을 자동 조절하여 배출원의 유속과 등속으로 시료를 흡인하도록 함으로써, 입자상 물질의 관성력에 의한 측정오차를 제거함과 동시에 흡인가스 유량을 16.67ℓ/min의 정속으로 입자상 물질을 입경 분리장치(cascade impactor)로 유입하여 PM10 (Particulate Matter Less than 10㎛) 과 PM2.5(Particulate Matter Less than 2.5㎛) 를 연속적으로 분리하여 자동측정하는 흡인노즐에 단면적 조절장치가 부착된 배기가스 연속 등속 채취 장치와 이를 결합한 배기가스 미세먼지 연속자동측정 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 배기가스 중 입자상 물질을 채취 장치와 분리장치의 상충된 조건을 동시에 만족시켜 측정오차를 최소화한 입자상 물질 채취 및 연속 자동 측정을 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
