An array substrate having an embedded touch structure, and a display panel. A common electrode layer (20) is divided into a plurality of first electrodes (21) and a plurality of second electrodes (22), and a touch wiring layer (30) is provided therein with a plurality of first electrode connecting lines (Tx) and a plurality of second electrode connecting lines (Rx); the plurality of first electrode connecting lines (Tx) and second electrode connecting lines (Rx) respectively connect the first electrodes (21) and the second electrodes (22) to an integrated driver chip (3); a common voltage signal line (Vcom), a first switch signal line (L1), and a first switch (4) and a second switch (5) are provided in wiring regions (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), such that in a display period, the first switch signal line (L1) controls the first switch (4) and second switch (5) to turn on, so as to connect the first electrode connecting lines (Tx) and second electrode connecting lines (Rx) to the common voltage signal line (Vcom); and in a touch period, the first switch signal line (L1) controls the first switch (4) and second switch (5) to turn off, so as to disconnect the first electrode connecting lines (Tx) and second electrode connecting lines (Rx) from the common voltage signal line (Vcom).
