PURPOSE: A connecting method for segments of a spliced prestressed concrete girder is provided to prevent the connection unit from being structurally fragile according to the attachment of the band-type structural reinforcing material made of the FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics).

CONSTITUTION: A connecting method for segments(25) of a spliced prestressed concrete girder is composed of the steps of manufacturing the segment installed with a tendon duct(22) whose one end is opened to the upper side of the lower flange and other end is opened to the combined surface with another segment at the outer side of the lower flange of each segment; approaching each segment; fitting a junction tendon(20) at the tendon ducts of a pair of closely contacted segments to expose the both ends of the tendon to the upper side of the lower flange of the closely contacted segment; and tightening the junction tendon between the both ends and fixing the both ends at each segment.
