Resumo:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for producing L-amino acids, such as L-arginine, L-citrulline, and L-lysine, using a bacterium of the Enterobacteriaceae family, particularly a bacterium belonging to the genus Escherichia or Pantoea, which has been modified to attenuate expression of one or more genes selected from the group consisting of pepA, pepB, and pepD genes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'acides L-aminés, par exemple L-arginine, L-citrulline, et L-lysine, au moyen d'une bactérie de la famille des entérobactériacées, en particulier d'une bactérie appartenant au genre Escherichia ou Pantoea, qui a été modifiée pour atténuer l'expression d'un ou de plusieurs gènes choisis dans le groupe constitué par les gènes pepA, pepB et pepD.
