A distractor contains drug delivery unit can release any kind of drugs after surgical intervention while distraction process going on. As the geared rod turns for the distraction, the movement is transmitted to the piston of the delivery unit. The invention relates to a bathtub with a separate part filled with orgonite, consisting of stairs (2) and a handrail (3) considering the height of the bathtub for easier access by users. Bathtub's housing consists of two parts. In the upper part (4) there is a space filled with hot water (6) and the user (7) while in the lower part there is a space for the orgonite (8) made of iron, bronze, aluminum, brass, copper, quartz and epoxy resin. Due to the fact that two parts of the housing (4) and (5) make up a relatively significant height difference of the floor height (9) and the glass (10) "a" covering the orgonite (8) the whole construction is higher than regular bathtubs. In the users area (7) there are nozzles for hot water regulation (12) and an underwater speaker for relaxation (11), while heater (13) takes care of the water temperature (6). The bathtub is illuminated with wide spectrum light. It is important for the bathtub construction that the housing is made of concrete (15) which is covered with verde guatemala marble (14), and orgonite (8) is covered with glass (10) where the user (7) lies when using the bathtub.

This invention satisfies a need for exchanging video between two wireless terminals over a new 4G network. It would be impractical to design the service to operate over existing 2G and 3G networks. These older networks exhibit lack of throughput needed for extensive videophone service since they were originally designed for voice service. This invention will employ the new 4G network to allow a terminal to select the proper bandwidth needed to send either voice only or video and voice over the same wireless connection. Use of class of service characters combined with the receiving terminal address sent by the originating terminal will allow the wireless carrier to process the call as a video to video call by accessing a 'caller ID' table distinct from the normal voice 'caller ID' table. The new originating 'caller ID' will be selected from this table and forwarded to the receiving terminal causing it to enter video mode automatically and to use a distinctive ring tone.

A large number of existing reinforced concrete structures, such as buildings and bridges, if subjected to abnormal loads, such as those expected during earthquakes or bomb blast, may experience significant inelasticity in their critical regions. It is economically not feasible to replace the entire existing infrastructure with new and improved structures; retrofitting provides the only solution to the problem of seismically and otherwise structurally deficient existing structures. A new retrofitting process has been developed to improve strength and deformability of existing reinforced concrete columns (10). The process involves determining column (10) critical regions, identifying critical stresses that may lead to brittle shear and/or compression failures, determining external prestressing to overcome some of these stresses and to provide lateral confining pressure to improve the ductility of compression concrete. External prestressing is provided by placing prestressing hoops (14) around the column (10) at predetermined locations. Each hoop (14) includes a strand (16) that encircles the column (10) with its ends fixed under tension to an anchor (15). The invention is applicable to concrete columns (10) of any geometric cross section. For circular columns prestressing may be applied directly on the surface of the column (11) by the strands (16). For columns (10) with rectilinear geometry such as square, rectangular and other polygonal cross-sectional shapes, additional hardware (76, 77, 85, 86) is necessary between the strand (16) and the flat surfaces (74) to distribute the prestressing force as evenly as possible on the surfaces (74) of the column (10). External protection of hardware against corrosion, fire and vandalism may be carried out by means of fiber reinforced or plain concrete jackets, shotcreeting or similar sprayed applications of cement based materials (62), and different types of paints.
