The in-process adjustable star wheel mechanism comprises: a support shaft (100); a mounting plate (200); an adjustment assembly (300), comprising an adjustment wheel (310); a first bottle conveying assembly (400), comprising a first star wheel (410) and a first transmission wheel (420), wherein the first star wheel is provided with at least one first bottle holding plate (430), and the first bottle holding plate is provided with a first curved portion; and a second bottle conveying assembly (500), comprising a second star wheel (510) and a second transmission wheel (520), wherein the second star wheel is provided with at least one second bottle holding plate (530), and the second bottle holding plate is provided with a second curved portion, and the first curved portion and the second curved portion engage with each other to form a bottle holding recess matching the shape of a bottle. The adjustable star wheel mechanism can flexibly perform in-process adjustment of the size of the bottle holding recess, so as to meet conveying requirements of bottles of a variety of sizes. The invention is versatile, easy to operate, and fast, reduces labor intensity and manufacturing costs, and improves production efficiency.
