(EN) Compositions containing curable recombinant human collagen, and kits comprising same, which are usable in preparing modeling material formulations for additive manufacturing (e.g., 3D bioprinting) of 3D objects are provided. Methods utilizing such modeling material formulations in additive manufacturing of 3D objects having a collagen-based material in at least a portion thereof, are also provided. The formulations feature a desired viscosity at a temperature higher than 10 ºC (e.g., room temperature or 37 °C) and allow performing the additive manufacturing without cooling the system or a part thereof.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des compositions contenant du collagène humain recombinant durcissable, et des kits comprenant lesdites compositions, qui peuvent être utilisés dans la préparation de formulations de matériau de modelage permettant la fabrication additive (par exemple, la bio-impression 3D) d'objets 3D. L'invention concerne également des procédés utilisant de telles formulations de matériau de modelage dans la fabrication additive d'objets 3D ayant un matériau à base de collagène dans au moins une partie de ces dernières.
