(EN)This method for manufacturing an ultraviolet emitting fluorescent material has a step of heat treating a composition, which contains zinc and oxygen as main components, and as an accessory component, at least one kind of element selected from among a group composed of aluminum, gallium, and indium, said step being performed under a non-oxidizing atmosphere containing at least two kinds of materials selected from among a group composed of zinc oxide, gallium oxide and phosphorus oxide.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau fluorescent émettant dans le spectre ultraviolet, qui comprend une étape consistant à soumettre à un traitement thermique une composition contenant du zinc et de l'oxygène en tant que composants principaux, et en tant que composant secondaire au moins un type d'élément choisi dans un groupe constitué de l'aluminium, du gallium et de l'indium, ladite étape étant mise en œuvre dans une atmosphère non oxydante contenant au moins deux types de matériaux choisis dans un groupe constitué de l'oxyde de zinc, de l'oxyde de gallium et de l'oxyde de phosphore.
