There is also provided a method for concentration-crystallizing a natural product, characterized by comprising continuously measuring the electric conductivity of a liquid to be concentrated, computing an integrated value of the electric conductivity and supply flow rate and stopping the concentration when the integrated value has reached a predetermined value.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un procédé destiné à produire un produit naturel de qualité stable avec un rendement élevé. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de cristallisation par concentration d’un produit naturel, caractérisé en ce qu’il consiste à mesurer en continu la conductivité électrique d’un liquide à concentrer, à calculer une valeur intégrée de la conductivité et du débit d’alimentation, et à arrêter la concentration lorsque la valeur intégrée a atteint une valeur préétablie.
