(EN)Provided is a load driving control device capable of maintaining driving of a load to the extent possible. A first gate driving unit (33) drives the gates of first switching elements (35, 37) by supplying a first gate driving current, which represents the current charged to and discharged from the gates of the first switching elements (35, 37), to the gates of the first switching elements (35, 37). A first slope varying unit (161) increases the first gate driving current by only a unit amount in cases in which the temperature surrounding the first switching elements (35, 37) is at or above a threshold (H1), and reduces the first gate driving current by only a unit amount in cases in which the temperature surrounding the first switching elements (35, 37) is at or below a threshold (L1).
