The center module (20) multiplexes a downlink data signal from the hub (10) and a downlink telephone signal from the external data network to transmit a multiplexed downlink signal to one of the plurality of in-building subsystems (30) through a first wire pair of respective telephone cable. Also, the center module (20) extracts an uplink voice signal mixed with the downlink data signal in the first wire pair of the respective telephone cable to transmit to the external telephone network, and receives an uplink data signal through a second wire pair of the respective telephone cable to transmit to the hub (10).

The funnel and the top cover of the water tank are integrally formed in punch process. The base body is mounted to the diesel. The top cover can be freely mounted to and removed from the base body, which provides the tank with new uses, i.e. the tank can easily hold tools and spare parts that may be lost in transportation and storage, so store space could be reduced. The making process of tank is simplified due to this kind of configuration. As a result, there is no need for weld after punching, and it is easier to make good cheap practical water tank.
