The invention refers to a device that produces energy that amplifies non stop, energy that is useful for the energetical independence of humanity, removing pollution. The device according to the invention is formed by a hydraulic hoist (1), an axle (3) with hindrance (18) framed in a case (4) with a rack 21 at one end, an axle (5) with pinion 22 at the other end, on which four rows of vanes (6) are attached with pawls and joints (7) and together with vanes (12) are arranged in a crosswise pattern. There is a small spring (8) that rests against a plate (9) and the plates are attached to the frame (10) and on the opposite side another two hoists (14) and (16) and the springs (15) and (17). The device may be multiplied. The invention may be made by lifting a set of weights or a tank of water.

An internal combustion engine has first and second cylinders (12, 14), the first cylinder (12) having a larger swept volume than the second cylinder (14) and the second cylinder being formed in the crown of the first cylinder. First and second pistons (16, 18) are reciprocable respectively in the first and second cylinders (12, 14), the second piston (18) being formed as a protrusion on the crown of the first piston (16). The first cylinder has an air inlet (25) and an exhaust outlet (27) whilst a first fuel source (34) provides fuel to the second cylinder (14). The second piston has a crown (35) which is spaced from and connected to the crown (36) of the first piston and which has an edge (37) which is relatively thin in the axial direction compared to the spacing of the first piston crown from the second piston crown. This defines a combustion space (20) between the piston crowns and a side wall (14a) of the second cylinder (14) when the pistons are substantially at the inner dead centre position. The combustion space (20) communicates with both cylinders (12, 14) during part of the expansion stroke. Inhibiting means is also provided for inhibiting ingression prior to the pistons (16, 18) arriving at or adjacent the inner dead centre position. This can take the form of a gap (128) between the second piston crown (35) and the second cylinder sidewall (14a) with a peripheral groove (39) in the second cylinder wall at its upper end to enable the fuel/air mixture in the second cylinder (14) above the crown (35) to bypass the piston crown when the latter is at its inner dead centre position and enter the combustion space (20).

The elongate article coming out of the press-head is heated in a first air-conditioning zone (12, 13, 14, 15, 16) in the fastest possible way, however in a time duration exceeding ten minutes and under the influence of a heating medium with a relative moisture ranging from 60 and 80 per cent approximately up to a temperature exceeding 80oC approximately before being dried in a second air-conditioning zone (17) under the influence of a desiccating medium at a temperature exceeding 80oC approximately and a relative moisture ranging from 65 to 85 per cent approximately, to be brought down to a moisture lower than 18 per cent by weight approximately or, in order to avoid undesirable reactions to about more than 80oC in the first place with a moisture content lower than about 80oC by weight and finally, to a lower temperature, with a final moisture lower than 14 per cent by weight approximately. Said method has to be implemented in an exceptionally rapid way and it provides products of high qualitative value. Particularly it may be conveniently applied to a single stage desiccating unit for the desiccation of elongate articles.

The invention relates to the field of medicine and the pharmaceutical chemical industry. A pharmaceutical composition in suppository form for treating moderate to severe pain comprises the active principle nalbuphine hydrochloride and a suppository base. As the suppository base, the composition contains a hydrophilic emulsion base that includes binders, a poloxamer, a filler, an emulsifier, and propylene glycol and polyethylene oxide-400 as a solvent. The binders contained in the composition are preferably polyethylene oxide 4000 and polyethylene oxide 1500, and the poloxamer is poloxamer 188. The filler contained in the composition is preferably solid fat. Further, the emulsifier contained in the composition is preferably a complex emulsifier in the form of a blend of a type 1 emulsifier and a type 2 emulsifier. Proposed is a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition, according to which nalbuphine hydrochloride is dissolved in propylene glycol, the solution is mixed with a melted suppository base and homogenized; the liquid suppository mass is dosed into blister pockets and cooled.

This invention relates to the field of electrochemistry. The present device for the electrolytic production of a gaseous mixture of hydrogen and oxygen contains an electrolyser which comprises a housing containing electrodes in the form of plates, said electrodes being electrically connected to a power supply. The electrodes are configured in the form of a set of spaced apart stainless steel plates with vertical and horizontal saw cuts in the surfaces thereof and with openings for the circulation of electrolyte and the removal of gases, said openings being provided in each plate so as to be non-coaxial with the openings in the adjacent plates. The electrolyte is a weak solution of water and sodium hydroxide. An electrolyte receptacle is configured as a closed and sealed receptacle with an inlet for filling the space inside the receptacle with electrolyte so that an empty space is formed above the surface of the electrolyte; the receptacle is connected to a channel for removing a mixture of gas and water from the electrolyser, and a channel for collecting a gaseous mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, which has a water lock mounted therein, is connected to the empty space of the electrolyte receptacle. At the same time, the electrolyser housing contains at least one source for emitting ultrasonic radiation into the water-based electrolyte in order to weaken the molecular bonds of said electrolyte; the housing also contains a source of ultraviolet radiation for acting on the electrolyte.
