Light emitted by the blue-light LD, the red-light laser, the orange-light self-frequency-doubling laser, the yellow-light self-frequency-doubling laser and the green self-frequency-doubling laser is combined into a beam of mixed light by means of the laser beam combining component. The operating wavelength of the blue-light LD is 420 nm to 480 nm. The red-light laser is a red-light LD or a red-light self-frequency-doubling laser, and the operating wavelength thereof is 630 nm to 700 nm. The operating wavelength of the orange-light self-frequency-doubling laser is 600 nm to 630 nm. The operating wavelength of the yellow-light self-frequency-doubling laser is 550 nm to 600 nm. The operating wavelength of the green-light self-frequency-doubling laser is 500 nm to 550 nm. In the present invention, in view of different plants requiring different spectra, a wavelength is precisely adjusted by controlling the temperature of a self-frequency-doubling crystal, thereby better matching spectra required by plants and reducing agricultural production costs.
