The content ratio of the nitrile group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer relative to the total amount of the monomer composition is 21% to 70% by mass, inclusive. The content ratio of the carboxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer relative to the total amount of the monomer composition is 3% to 10% by mass, inclusive.
