Provided is a medical information processing system comprising: a calculation unit for calculating a working amount for the entirety of the operation room and a working amount for medical staff, on the basis of operation room information including a camera video image of the operation room; and a generation unit for generating operation room graphics including graphics that indicate a temporal change of the working amount for the entirety of the operation room and medical staff graphics including graphics that indicate the medical staff and that visually change in accordance with the working amount. The present disclosure is applicable to, for example, a system for managing an operation room in a hospital.
