[Solution] A gelatin-containing composition that contains calcium lactate and at least one type of flavoring selected from the group that consists of β-ionone and γ-decalactone, the gelatin-containing composition containing no more than 10 parts by mass of calcium lactate per 1 part by mass of the flavoring.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir une composition qui présente des propriétés améliorées de dispersion entre une gélatine et un parfum, y compris à haute température. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une composition à teneur en gélatine qui comprend au moins une sorte de parfum choisie dans un groupe constitué d'une β-ionone et d'une γ-décalactone, et un lactate de calcium, le lactate de calcium représentant 10 parties en masse ou moins pour 1 partie en masse du parfum.
