(EN) The present invention provides a solid-state imaging device with which it is possible to realize 2-stream drive in a global shutter scheme. Provided is a solid-state imaging device, of a global shutter type, in which a pixel array unit, with a plurality of pixels arranged in matrix form, is formed by having a photoelectric conversion unit for generating an electric charge for each pixel in correspondence to incident light, a holding unit for holding the electric charge transferred from the photoelectric conversion unit, and a conversion unit for converting the electric charge into a pixel signal, the solid-state imaging device comprising a first pixel data generation unit for reading out the pixel signal and generating first pixel data, a second pixel data generation unit for reading out the pixel signal and generating second pixel data, and an output unit from which the first and second pixel data are outputted independently of each other.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie à semi-conducteur permettant de réaliser un entraînement à deux flux dans un schéma d'obturateur global.
