(EN) Provided are: an image stabilization device with which it is possible to maximally secure the rotation amount of an imaging element when performing image stabilization by rotating the imaging element, and to improve image stabilization performance; and an imaging device including the same. An image stabilization device 3 includes two movement restriction parts MR1, MR2 that restrict the range of movement of a mobile member 2. The movement restriction part MR1 (MR2) is constituted from a through hole 11a (11b) that is formed in a support member 1, and an insertion member 28a (28b) that is formed on the mobile member 2 and is inserted into the through hole 11a (11b). The through holes 11a, 11b have square shapes as viewed from the Z-direction perpendicular to a light receiving surface 20a of an imaging element 20. In a reference state in which the insertion members 28a, 28b are respectively in the centers of the through holes 11a, 11b, an extension line L4 of one diagonal line of two squares overlaps with the other diagonal line of the two squares, and a line connecting these two diagonal lines overlaps with a center P of the light receiving surface 20a.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un dispositif de stabilisation d'image permettant d'obtenir la quantité de rotation optimale d'un élément d'imagerie lors de la réalisation d'une stabilisation d'image par rotation de l'élément d'imagerie, et d'améliorer les performances de stabilisation d'image ; et un dispositif d'imagerie comprenant ledit dispositif. Le dispositif de stabilisation d'image (3) comprend deux parties de restriction de mouvement (MR1, MR2) qui limitent la portée de mouvement d'un élément mobile (2). La partie de restriction de mouvement (MR1 ou MR2) est constituée d'un trou traversant (11a ou 11b) qui est formé dans un élément de support (1), et d'un élément d'insertion (28a ou 28b) qui est formé sur l'élément mobile (2) et inséré dans le trou traversant (11a ou 11b).
