(EN) The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent element which has excellent luminous efficiency and excellent luminance. The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent element which has a structure wherein a plurality of layers are laminated between a positive electrode and a negative electrode that is formed on a substrate, and which comprises a metal oxide layer between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, while having a layer that is adjacent to the metal oxide layer on the positive electrode side, said layer being formed of a nitrogen-containing film and having an average thickness of 0.1 nm or more but less than 3 nm.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un élément électroluminescent organique qui a une excellente efficacité lumineuse et une excellente luminance. La présente invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique qui a une structure dans laquelle une pluralité de couches sont stratifiées entre une électrode positive et une électrode négative qui est formée sur un substrat, et qui comprend une couche d'oxyde métallique entre l'électrode positive et l'électrode négative, tout en ayant une couche qui est adjacente à la couche d'oxyde métallique sur le côté électrode positive, ladite couche étant formée d'un film contenant de l'azote et ayant une épaisseur moyenne d'au minimum 0,1 nm mais inférieure à 3 nm.
