CLAIMS

1 . An interactive system for medical applications to allow an interaction of a patient (P) with an electro-medical apparatus (101 ) in a medical room (100), the system comprising

a portable electronic device (2), for example a tablet, in communication with the electro-medical apparatus (101 ) and which can be used by the patient (P);

a multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) in communication with the portable electronic device (2) operating in the medical room (100), the portable electronic device (2) being configured to interact with the electro-medical apparatus (101 ) and with the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16).

2. The interactive system according to claim 1 , wherein the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) comprises a monitor (6) configured to display a condition of the patient (P) following a first instruction (11 ) of the portable electronic device (2) to the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16), the portable electronic device (2) being configured to send the first instruction (11 ) on the basis of a first command of the patient (P).

The interactive system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) comprises a printer (9) configured for printing a report on the condition of the patient (P) following a second instruction (I2) of the portable electronic device (2), the portable electronic device (2) being configured to send the second instruction (I2) to the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) on the basis of a second command of the patient (P).

The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) comprises a system (1 1 ) for displaying images configured to display at least one area (200) in the medical room (100) following a third instruction (I3) of the portable electronic device (2) to the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16), the portable electronic device (2) being configured to send the third instruction (I3) on the basis of a third command of the patient (P).

5. The interactive system according to claim 4, wherein the displaying system (1 1 ) comprises a projection screen (14) located in the medical room (100) and a projector (15) for projecting on the screen (14) the area (200).

6. The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the multimedia system comprises a platform of the "wearable" which can be worn by the patient (P).

The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) comprises an audio system (16) for the diffusion in the medical room (100) of at least one musical track following a fourth instruction (I4) of the portable electronic device (2) to the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16), the portable electronic device (2) being configured to send the fourth instruction (I4) on the basis of a fourth command of the patient (P).

8. The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims comprising a system (3) for integral covering of the portable electronic device (2) to allow the use in the medical room (100).

9. The interactive system aaccording to claim 8, wherein the integral covering system (3) comprises a first case (4) for the portable electronic device (2) made of material suitable for sterilisation in an autoclave, the first case (4) being in particular a security case.

10. The interactive system according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the integral covering system (3) comprises a second single-use medical case (5) for the portable electronic device.

The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the portable electronic device (2) is configured to receive from the electro-medical apparatus (101 ) information (I) on a medical procedure in progress following a fifth instruction (I5) of the portable electronic device (2) to the electro-medical apparatus (101 ), the portable electronic device (2) being configured to send the fifth instruction (I5) on the basis of a fifth command of the patient (P).

The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the portable electronic device (2) is configured to have at least one graphical interface (7, 12, 17, 19) in such a way that the patient (P) can provide the first command and/or the second command and/or the third command and/or the fourth command and/or the fifth command by means of the graphical interface (7, 12, 17, 19).

13. The interactive system according to claims 2 or 3, comprising a modular unit (22) comprising the monitor (6) and the printer (9).

14. The interactive system according to claim 13, wherein the modular unit (22) comprises a safe for the portable electronic device (2).

15. The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising the electro-medial apparatus (101 ).

16. The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the portable electronic device (2) comprises a platform of the "wearable" type which can be worn by the patient (P), preferably a virtual reality wearable device.

17. The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a memory unit (23) in communication with the portable electronic device (2) and/or with electro-medical apparatus (101 ) the memory unit (23) being configured for storing at least a first data representing at least one interaction between the patient (P) and the electro-medical apparatus and at least one second data received by the electro-medical apparatus.

18. The interactive system according to claim 3 and 17, wherein the report comprises the at least one first data item and the at least one second data item stored in the memory unit (23).

19. The interactive system according to claim 17 or 18, wherein the at least one first data item comprises data indicating the subjective status of the patient and wherein the at least one second data item comprises data indicating the objective status of the patient.

20. The interactive system according to any one of claims 17 to 19,

wherein the electro-medical apparatus (101 ) is in communication with at least one detector (24) of vital parameters applicable to the patient (P) to receive the second data item from the detector of vital parameters.

21 . The interactive system according to claim 4, wherein the system (1 1 ) for displaying images is configured for displaying at least a third data item received from the electro-medical apparatus (101 ), for example an image relative to a medical procedure in progress.

22. The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the electro-medical apparatus (101 ), the portable electronic device (2) and the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) are configured for communicating with each other in a multi-directional manner.

23. The interactive system according to any one of the preceding claims, configured to obtain the informed consent of the patient (P), such that:

- the multimedia system (6, 9, 1 1 , 16) displays information on a procedure to be performed, and

- a consent of the patient (P) is recorded by means of a sixth instruction from the patient (P), the consent being transmitted to the medical apparatus (101 ).

24. An endoscopic room comprising an interactive system (1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the medical room (100) is an endoscopic room and the electro-medical apparatus (101 ) is an endoscopy system.

25. An electro-medical apparatus comprising an interactive system according to any one of claims 1 to 23.

26. The electro-medical apparatus according to claim 25 and claim 17, wherein the electro-medical apparatus is configured to emit a signal, preferably audio and/or optical, if the at least one first data item and/or the at least one second item reach respective predetermined thresholds.

27. The electro-medical apparatus according to claim 25 or claim 26,

wherein the electro-medical apparatus is an endoscopy system.
