(EN) The objective of the present invention is to provide a heat pipe that has an excellent heat transport property, and that is able to suppress freezing of a working fluid even when the longitudinal direction of a container is arranged substantially parallel to the direction of gravitational force in a cold weather region, thereby preventing deformation of a container even when the container has a thin shape. This heat pipe comprises a tubular container both ends of which are sealed, a wick structure accommodated within the container, and a working fluid sealed inside the container. In at least one cross section among cross sections perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the container the wick structure contacts the inner surfaces of the container at two locations, the side surfaces of the wick structure do not contact any of the inner surfaces of the container, and a meatal sintered body layer is formed on the inner surfaces of the container not contacted by the wick structure.
(FR) La présente invention a pour but de pourvoir à un tube caloporteur présentant une excellente propriété de transport de chaleur et pouvant supprimer la congélation d'un fluide actif même lorsque la direction longitudinale d'un récipient est agencée sensiblement parallèle à la direction de la force de gravitation dans une région à climat froid, ce qui permet d'empêcher la déformation d'un récipient même lorsque le récipient présente une forme mince. Le tube caloporteur comprend un récipient tubulaire dont les deux extrémités sont fermées hermétiquement, une structure de mèche logée à l'intérieur du récipient, et un fluide actif isolé à l'intérieur du récipient. Dans au moins une section transversale parmi les sections transversales perpendiculaires à la direction longitudinale du récipient, la structure de mèche se met en contact avec les faces internes du récipient au niveau de deux emplacements, les faces latérales de la structure de mèche ne se mettent pas en contact avec les faces internes du récipient, et une couche de corps fritté métallique est formée sur les faces internes du récipient qui ne sont pas en contact avec la structure de mèche.
