Provided are: an optical element that is easy to produce and guides light, without waste, to a wide forward area; and an optical system device using same. The optical element controlling the distribution of light incident from a prescribed position 30 and emitting the light comprises a reflection-use section comprising: a plurality of convex structures 15 comprising an incident surface 11 capable of transmitting light from the prescribed position 30 and a reflective surface 12 that reflects the light transmitted by the incident surface 11, in a prescribed direction; and an emission surface 19 that emits the light reflected by the reflective surface 12, in a prescribed light distribution direction.

L'invention concerne : un élément optique qui est facile à produire et guide la lumière, sans déchets, vers une zone avant large ; et un dispositif de type système optique l'utilisant. L'élément optique commandant la distribution de la lumière incidente à partir d'une position prescrite (30) et émettant la lumière comprend une section d'utilisation de réflexion comprenant : une pluralité de structures convexes (15) comprenant une surface incidente (11) apte à transmettre de la lumière à partir de la position prescrite (30) et une surface réfléchissante (12) qui réfléchit la lumière transmise par la surface incidente (11), dans une direction prescrite ; et une surface d'émission (19) qui émet la lumière réfléchie par la surface réfléchissante (12), dans une direction de distribution de lumière prescrite.
