(EN) This production method is for producing a composite member which is formed by joining a base material and a resin member to each other. The production method comprises: a surface treatment step for forming micro-order or nano-order reliefs on a surface of a base material; and a joining step for joining, by injection molding, a resin member directly to the surface of the base material that has the reliefs formed by the surface treatment step. In addition, this composite member is provided with: a base material having micro-order or nano-order reliefs on a surface thereof; and a resin member that is in direct contact with the surface of the base material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production permettant de produire un élément composite qui est formé en joignant un matériau de base et un élément en résine l'un à l'autre. Le procédé de production comprend : une étape de traitement de surface pour former des reliefs de l'ordre micrométrique ou nanométrique sur une surface d'un matériau de base ; et une étape d'assemblage consistant à joindre, par moulage par injection, un élément de résine directement sur la surface du matériau de base qui présente les reliefs formés par l'étape de traitement de surface. En outre, l'élément composite comporte : un matériau de base sur une surface duquel se trouvent des reliefs de l'ordre micrométrique ou nanométrique ; et un élément de résine qui est en contact direct avec la surface du matériau de base.
(JA) 製造方法は、母材と樹脂部材とを接合した複合部材の製造方法である。この製造方法は、母材の表面に、マイクロオーダー又はナノオーダーの凹凸を形成する表面処理工程と、表面処理工程により形成された凹凸を有する母材の表面に、樹脂部材を射出成形により直接接合する接合工程と、を備える。また、複合部材は、その表面にマイクロオーダー又はナノオーダーの凹凸を有する母材と、母材の表面に直接接触する樹脂部材と、を備える。
