To provide a heat transfer device whereby heat transfer characteristics can be improved with a simple configuration. Disclosed is a heat transfer device 10 wherein: a heat pipe 11, in which an operating liquid 24 is sealed, is provided; a heat receiving plate 12 is provided on one end 11A side of the heat pipe 11; and a heat dissipating fin 13 is provided at the other end 11B. The heat pipe 11 is provided with a first wick 21 and a second wick 22, which transfer the operating liquid 24 to an inner wall surface 15A, and is also provided with a bent section 11C that is bent between the one end 11A side and the other end 11B side. A boundary section 23 between the first wick 21 and the second wick 22 is disposed at a lower portion of the bent section 11C of the heat pipe 11 in the gravity direction, or at a lower portion of the heat transfer device 10 in the gravity direction.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de procurer un dispositif de transfert de chaleur permettant d'améliorer les caractéristiques de transfert de chaleur grâce à une configuration simple. Ainsi, l'invention concerne un dispositif de transfert de chaleur (10) comportant : un tube caloporteur (11) dans lequel un liquide de travail (24) est isolé ; une plaque de réception de chaleur (12) disposée du côté d'une extrémité (11A) du tube caloporteur (11) ; et une ailette de dissipation de chaleur (13) disposée au niveau de l'autre extrémité (11B). Le tube caloporteur (11) est muni d'une première mèche (21) et d'une seconde mèche (22) transférant le liquide de travail (24) à une surface de paroi interne (15A), et il est aussi muni d'une section courbée (11C) entre le côté de l'extrémité (11A) et le côté de l'autre extrémité (11B). Une section limite (23) entre la première mèche (21) et la seconde mèche (22) est disposée au niveau d'une partie inférieure de la section courbée (11C) du tube caloporteur (11) dans la direction de la gravité, ou au niveau d'une partie inférieure du dispositif de transfert de chaleur (10) dans la direction de la gravité.
