To correct an effect upon an image which is caused by a geometric deflection of an x-ray source and an x-ray detector which changes by the rotation angles of a C-arm and obtain a high-precision CT image without distortion, distortion sensors which measure said distortion are anchored to a C-arm (10), said C-arm (10) having an x-ray source (20) anchored to one end thereof, and an x-ray detector (30) anchored to the other end thereof. A computer which calculates a tomographic image of a subject using projection data which the x-ray detector (30) has detected comprises a deflection calculation unit which, using the distortion of the C-arm (10) which the distortion sensors have measured, calculates the geometric deflections of the x-ray source and the x-ray detector with respect to the center of rotation of the C-arm. The computer corrects the projection data using the geometric deflections which the deflection calculation unit has calculated.

Afin de corriger un effet sur une image qui est causé par une déflexion géométrique d'une source de rayons X et d'un détecteur de rayons X qui change suivant les angles de rotation d'un bras C et obtenir une image TDM de haute précision sans distorsion, des capteurs de distorsion qui mesurent ladite distorsion sont ancrés au bras C (10), ledit bras C (10) ayant une source de rayons X (20) ancrée à une extrémité de celui-ci, et un détecteur de rayons X (30) ancré à l'autre extrémité de celui-ci. Un ordinateur qui calcule une image tomographique d'un sujet au moyen de données de projection que le détecteur de rayons X (30) a détectées comprend une unité de calcul de déflexion qui, au moyen de la distorsion du bras C (10) que les capteurs de distorsion ont mesurée, calcule les déflexions géométriques de la source de rayons X et du détecteur de rayons X par rapport au centre de rotation du bras C. L'ordinateur corrige les données de projection au moyen des déflexions géométriques que l'unité de calcul de déflexion a calculées.

 C型アームの回転角度によって変わるX線源とX線検出器の幾何学的変位が画像に与える影響を補正し、歪みがなく精度の高いCT像を得るために、一端側にX線源20、他端側にX線検出器30が固定されたC型アーム10に、その歪を測定する歪センサを固定する。X線検出器30が検出した投影データを用いて被検体の断層像を計算する計算機は、歪センサが計測したC型アーム10の歪を用いて、C型アームの回転中心に対するX線源及びX線検出器の幾何学的変位を計算する変位計算部を備え、変位計算部が計算した幾何学的変位を用いて、前記投影データを補正する。
