From one of the sides among a heat-storing body (6a) at one end and a heat-storing body (6b) at the other end of a primary reforming oven (4), an alternating syngas introduction system (7), while alternating therebetween, introduces a syngas into flow passages (4a, 4b), at the same time, a primary alternating oxidant supply system (8), while alternating therebetween, supplies an oxidant to the syngas. The syngas is withdrawn from the primary reforming oven (4) by an alternating syngas withdrawal system (9) and led toward a secondary reforming oven (10). Connected to the secondary reforming oven (10) is a secondary oxidant supply system (11) whereby the introduced syngas is supplied with oxidant only at the time of alternation in the alternating syngas introduction system (7) and the alternating syngas withdrawal system (9).

Selon l'invention, à partir de l'un des côtés entre un corps d'accumulation de chaleur (6a) à une extrémité et un corps d'accumulation de chaleur (6b) à l'autre extrémité d'un four de reformage primaire (4), un système d'introduction (7) de gaz de synthèse en alternance, alternant entre ces derniers, introduit un gaz de synthèse dans des passages d'écoulement (4a, 4b) et, en même temps, un système d'apport d'oxydant primaire en alternance (8), alternant entre ces derniers, apporte un oxydant au gaz de synthèse. Le gaz de synthèse est soutiré du four de reformage primaire (4) par un système de soutirage de gaz (9) de synthèse en alternance et il est acheminé vers un four de reformage secondaire (10). Il y a un système d'apport d'oxydant secondaire (11) raccordé au four de reformage secondaire (10), le gaz de synthèse introduit étant apporté avec l'oxydant seulement au moment de la permutation dans le système d'introduction (7) de gaz de synthèse en alternance et le système de soutirage (9) de gaz de synthèse en alternance.

 一次改質炉4の一端側蓄熱体6aと他端側蓄熱体6bのいずれか一方の側からシンガス切換導入系統7により流通路4a,4bにシンガスを切り換えて導入すると共に、シンガスに酸化剤を一次酸化剤切換供給系統8により切り換えて供給し、一次改質炉4からシンガス切換導出系統9により導出されるシンガスを二次改質炉10へ導き、二次改質炉10に、導入されるシンガスに対しシンガス切換導入系統7及びシンガス切換導出系統9の切換時にのみ酸化剤を供給する二次酸化剤供給系統11を接続する。
