Provided is a zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet with a surface treatment film, wherein said zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet has (1) excellent resistance to darkening after being subjected to rigorous ironing such as continuous high-speed press forming, (2) excellent resistance to flake-like peeling after being subjected to rigorous ironing such as continuous high-speed press forming, and (3) resistance to blackening that is less dependent on the adhesion amount. This zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet with a surface treatment film includes: a zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet; and a surface treatment film including a first film on the zinc or zinc alloy coated steel sheet, and a second film on the first film. The first and second films are each obtained by: applying a surface treatment solution containing a zirconium carbonate compound (A), a phosphate compound (B), a tetraalkoxysilane (C), and a silane coupling agent (D) including an epoxy group; and heating and drying said solution. The first film contains a large amount of the phosphate compound (B), and the second film contains a small amount of the phosphate compound (B).

L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier galvanisé (1) comprenant un film de traitement de surface et qui présente une excellente résistance au noircissement après avoir été soumise à un étirage rigoureux telle qu'un formage à la presse en continu à grande vitesse, et (2) une excellente résistance à l'écaillage après avoir été soumise à un étirage rigoureux telle qu'un formage à la presse en continu à grande vitesse, et (3) dans laquelle on peut supprimer la dépendance entre la résistance au noircissement et la valeur d'adhérence. Cette tôle d'acier galvanisé comportant un film de traitement de surface comprend : une tôle d'acier galvanisé; et un film de traitement de surface comprenant un premier film formé sur la tôle d'acier galvanisé, et un second film formé sur le premier film. Les premier et second films sont obtenus chacun par la mise en oeuvre des étapes consistant à : appliquer une solution de traitement de surface incluant (A) un composé de carbonate de zirconium, (B) un composé de phosphate, (C) un tétraalcoxysilane et (D) un agent de couplage au silane comprenant un groupe époxy; et chauffer et sécher ladite solution.
