La présente invention concerne deux dispositifs (4) à rouleaux tournant qui sont disposés le long d'une direction d'axe x le long de la position axiale d'un récipient (2) cylindrique devant être produit lorsqu'il est disposé dans une position horizontale, sur chaque côté extérieur des deux dispositifs à rouleaux tournant, est disposé un patin (5) doté d'une partie (11) montée en retrait destinée à recevoir le récipient (2) cylindrique tout en étant supporté par un support (7) auto-élévateur doté d'un vérin (6), chacun des dispositifs (4) à rouleaux tournant ont pour fonction de pouvoir modifier l'espace entre deux rouleaux (9), le travail de soudage et le travail d'inspection non destructive dans la direction circonférentielle du récipient (2) cylindrique sont réalisés lorsque le récipient cylindrique est en train de tourner dans la direction circonférentielle sur les rouleaux (9) respectifs, entre lesquels l'espace est réduit, de chacun des dispositifs (4) à rouleaux tournant, et un essai de pression est réalisé dans un état dans lequel l'espace entre les rouleaux (9) de chacun des dispositifs (4) à rouleaux tournant est augmenté, et le récipient (2) cylindrique est reçu par le patin (5) sur le support (7) auto-élévateur. Par la suite, les heures de travail et les coûts sont réduits, et on évite une diminution de la qualité de travail provoquée par la dégradation de la position de travail.
