[Problem] To perform film overlay forming efficiently in a relatively short time even when using a large adherend (W). [Solution] By vertically assembling an accommodating chamber (21), the upper part of which is open, with an upper box (22), the lower part of which is open, clamping a decorative film (F) therebetween to seal and form a forming space in which the accommodating spaces (21S, 22S) are joined to each other, and controlling the respective pressures in the upper and lower parts of the forming space, the decorative film (F) is made to adhere tightly to a portion of the surface of the adherend (W), which is accommodated in the forming space, under reduced pressure. The accommodating chamber (21) is obtained from a cupped receiving jig, which covers the perimeter of a specified partial forming section (WP) of the adherend (W) from the inside of said section. Only the surrounded section within the receiving jig is subjected to partial vacuum forming.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de réaliser de manière efficace un formage par superposition de films, en un temps relativement court, même en utilisant une grande partie adhérée (W). Pour ce faire, en assemblant verticalement une chambre (21) de logement, dont la partie supérieure est ouverte, avec une boîte supérieure (22), dont la partie inférieure est ouverte, fixant ainsi entre eux un film décoratif (F) pour obturer de manière étanche et former un espace de formage dans lequel sont reliés les espaces de logement (21S, 22S) les uns aux autres, et en régulant les pressions respectives dans les parties supérieure et inférieure de l'espace de formage, le film décoratif (F) est amené à adhérer fermement à une partie de la surface la partie adhérée (W), qui est reçu dans l'espace de formage, sous pression réduite. La chambre (21) de logement est obtenue à partir d'un gabarit de réception creux, qui recouvre le périmètre d'une section (WP) de formage partiel définie de la partie adhérée (W) de l'intérieur de ladite section. Seule la section entourée au sein du gabarit de réception est soumise à un formage sous vide partiel.

【課題】大型の被着体Wを用いた場合でも、比較的短時間で効率よくフィルムのオーバーレイ成形を行う。 【解決手段】上部開口した収容チャンバー21と下部開口した上ボックス22とを、加飾フィルムFを挟んだ状態で上下に組み合わせて、上収容空間同士S21,22Sが連成した成形空間を密閉形成し、この成形空間内の上下をそれぞれ圧力制御することで、成形空間内に収容した被着体Wの一部表面に加飾フィルムFを減圧密着させる。収容チャンバー21は、被着体Wのうち所定の部分成形部分WPを当該部分の内側から側周囲を覆う凹型形状の受け治具からなり、受け治具内で囲った部分だけを部分真空成形する。
