This nucleic acid amplification device (1) is provided with: an introduction unit (120) into which a reaction solution containing a target nucleic acid is introduced; a nucleic acid amplification reaction unit (110) in which are present at least two temperature zones of different temperature, and which amplifies the target nucleic acid contained in the reaction solution introduced into the introduction unit (120); and a flow channel (100) arranged to reciprocate or pass in cyclic fashion through the at least two temperature zones of different temperature, and having a capillary force transport mechanism for feeding the reaction solution through capillary force.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'amplification d'acide nucléique (1) doté de : une unité d'introduction (120) dans laquelle une solution réactionnelle contenant un acide nucléique cible est introduite ; une unité de réaction d'amplification d'acide nucléique (110) dans laquelle se trouvent au moins deux zones de température ayant une température différente et qui amplifie l'acide nucléique cible contenu dans la solution réactionnelle introduite dans l'unité d'introduction (120) ; et un canal d'écoulement (100) conçu pour être animé d'un mouvement de va-et-vient ou passer de manière cyclique dans les au moins deux zones de température ayant une température différente et comportant un mécanisme de transport par force capillaire pour l'acheminement de la solution réactionnelle au moyen de la force capillaire.
