This invention yields a small, efficient gate-power-supply device that can stabilize voltages applied to gate drivers and exhibits excellent insulating performance. Said gate-power-supply device (1), which has an inverter circuit (3), a transformer, and rectifier circuits (7), is provided with the following: secondary-side parallel capacitors (CP) that are connected in parallel with secondary windings (5) of the transformer and cancel out the inductance components of said secondary windings (5) at the drive frequency (f0) of the inverter circuit (3); and a primary-side series capacitor (CS) that is connected in series with the primary winding (4) of the transformer and cancels out the imaginary term (inductance component) of the combined impedance of the gate drivers (8), the rectifier circuits (7), the secondary-side parallel capacitors (CP), the secondary windings (5), the core (6) of the transformer, and the primary winding (4), which together constitute the load on the inverter circuit (3).

La présente invention permet de réaliser un dispositif d'alimentation électrique de grille petit et efficace qui permet de stabiliser des tensions appliquées à des pilotes de grille et qui présente une excellente performance isolante. Ledit dispositif d'alimentation électrique de grille (1), lequel comprend un circuit onduleur (3), un transformateur, et des circuits redresseurs (7), comporte : des condensateurs parallèles du côté secondaire (CP) qui sont connectés en parallèle à des enroulements secondaires (5) du transformateur et annulent la composante d'inductance desdits enroulements secondaires (5) à la fréquence de pilotage (f0) du circuit onduleur (3) ; et un condensateur en série du côté primaire (CS) qui est connecté en série à l'enroulement primaire (4) du transformateur et annule le terme imaginaire (composante d'inductance) de l'impédance combinée des pilotes de grille (8), des circuits redresseurs (7), des condensateurs parallèles du côté secondaire (CP), des enroulements secondaires (5), du noyau (6) du transformateur, et de l'enroulement primaire (4), lesquels constituent ensemble la charge sur le circuit onduleur (3).
