L'invention porte sur un dispositif de commande de batterie, qui commande le fonctionnement d'une batterie connectée à un réseau électrique, et contient : un moyen de détection qui détecte des informations concernant la batterie représentant l'état de batterie ou la tension d'un point d'interconnexion entre le réseau électrique et la batterie; un premier moyen de communication qui transmet les résultats de détection du moyen de détection à un dispositif externe et qui reçoit des informations de commande de fonctionnement pour commander le fonctionnement de la batterie en provenance d'un dispositif externe; et un moyen de commande qui, sur la base de l'état du réseau électrique et des informations de commande de fonctionnement reçues par le premier moyen de communication, commande le fonctionnement de la batterie.
