The cavity mold (5) comprises a main cavity body (13), which has a surface texturing surface that faces the surface on which the protrusion (11) of the core mold (4) is provided when engaged with the core mold (4), and a lining piece (15), which is provided in the main cavity body (13) so as to abut the protrusion (11) and has a mirror finished surface on the facing surface (23) that abuts the protrusion (11).

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'un moule de moulage de résine capable de limiter la génération de bavures provenant du creusement et de la texturation de surface, même en cas de contre-dépouille dans un moule à noyau ou d'état de surface dans un moule à cavité . Le moule de moulage de résine (1) de la présente invention comprend un moule à noyau (4) dont la surface présente une saillie (11), qui forme un trou traversant (105) dans le moulage de résine (100), comme une contre-dépouille et un moule à cavité (5) capable de s'appliquer sur le moule à noyau (4). Le moule à cavité (5) comprend un corps de cavité principal (13), qui a une surface de texturation qui fait face à la surface sur laquelle la saillie (11) du moule de noyau (4) est prévue lorsqu'elle s'applique sur le moule à noyau (4) et un élément de garniture (15) qui est prévu dans le corps de cavité principal (13) de manière à venir en butée contre la saillie (11) et avec une surface à fini spéculaire sur la surface en vis-à-vis (23) qui vient en butée contre la saillie (11).

 本発明の課題は、コア型にアンダーカットを、キャビティ型にシボ加工を設ける場合でも、アンダーカットとシボ加工に起因するバリの発生を抑えることが可能な樹脂成形用金型を提供することにある。本発明の樹脂成形用金型1は、貫通穴105を樹脂成形品100に形成する突起11をアンダーカットとして表面に有するコア型4と、コア型4と係合可能に設けられたキャビティ型5を有し、キャビティ型5は、コア型4と係合した状態でコア型4の突起11が設けられた面と対向するシボ加工面を有するキャビティ本体13と、突起11と突き当たるようにキャビティ本体13に設けられ、突起11と突き当たる対向面23に鏡面加工面を有する入れ子15を有している。
