In this integrated photoelectric conversion apparatus, a plurality of photoelectric conversion unit elements are connected in series, each of said photoelectric conversion unit elements including at least a first conductive layer (11b), a photoelectric conversion layer (10), and a second conductive layer (15), which are sequentially provided on a light transmitting substrate (11a). The first conductive layer (11b) has at least one connecting groove section (60), which has the upper surface of the light transmitting substrate (11a) as the bottom surface. The second conductive layer (15) is provided conforming to at least the inner walls of the connecting groove section (60). The first conductive layer (11b) and the second conductive layer (15) are electrically connected to each other via the connecting groove section (60), thereby connecting the photoelectric conversion unit elements in series.

L'invention porte sur un appareil de conversion photoélectrique intégré dans lequel une pluralité d'éléments unitaires de conversion photoélectrique sont connectés en série, chacun desdits éléments unitaires de conversion photoélectrique comprenant au moins une première couche conductrice (11b), une couche de conversion photoélectrique (10) et une seconde couche conductrice (15), qui sont séquentiellement disposées sur un substrat transmettant la lumière (11a). La première couche conductrice (11b) possède au moins une section rainure de connexion (60), qui comprend la surface supérieure du substrat transmettant la lumière (11a) en tant que surface inférieure. La seconde couche conductrice (15) est formée en épousant la forme au moins des parois internes de la section rainure de connexion (60). La première couche conductrice (11b) et la seconde couche conductrice (15) sont électriquement connectées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire de la section rainure de connexion (60), ce qui permet de connecter en série les éléments unitaires de conversion photoélectrique.
