A cell temperature-adjustment device is provided with a plurality of electrical cells (20) disposed in layers and electroconductively connected; a plurality of intercell channels (21, 21B, 21C, 22, 22B, 22C, 23) formed separating adjoining pairs of the electrical cells (20); and a fluid-drive device (3) for causing a temperature-regulating fluid for regulating the temperature of the plurality of electrical cells (20) to flow through the plurality of intercell channels (21, 21B, 21C, 22, 22B, 22C, 23). The plurality of intercell channels (21, 21B, 21C, 22, 22B, 22C, 23) comprise a first intercell channel (21, 21B, 21C) in which the inflow direction of the temperature-regulating fluid differs among the plurality of electrical cells, and a second intercell channel (22, 22B, 22C), the direction of flow of the temperature-regulating fluid flowing through the first intercell channel (21, 21B, 21C) being the reverse of the direction of flow of the temperature-regulating fluid flowing through the second intercell channel (22, 22B, 22C).
