The purpose of the present invention is to provide a foam diffuse reflector that has a minutely controlled bubble structure with high air content and multiple minutely controlled fine surface openings, and exhibits excellent diffuse reflection, as well as excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength. The foam diffuse reflector according to the present invention includes a foam body which has a continuous bubble structure having through-holes between adjoining spherical bubbles, and the foam body includes a hydrophilic polyurethane polymer. The average bubble diameter of the spherical bubbles is less than 20 μm and the average pore diameter of the through-holes is 5 µm or less. The foam body has surface openings with an average pore diameter of 20 µm or less on the surface thereof, and the diffuse reflection ratio within the wavelength range of 400 nm to 600 nm is 90% or more.

L'invention concerne la fourniture d'un réflecteur diffuseur de mousse, qui présente une structure de bulle contrôlée de manière précise, avec un contenu d'air élevé et de multiples ouvertures de surfaces fines contrôlées de manière précise et présentant une réflexion diffuse excellente, ainsi qu'une excellente résistance mécanique et à la chaleur. Le réflecteur diffuseur de mousse selon la présente invention comprend un corps de mousse qui présente une structure de bulle continue ayant des orifices traversants entre des bulles sphériques adjacentes et le corps de mousse comprend un polymère de polyuréthane hydrophile. Le diamètre moyen de bulle des bulles sphériques est inférieur à 20 μm et le diamètre moyen de pore des orifices traversants est de 5 µm ou moins. Le corps de mousse présente des ouvertures de surface d'un diamètre moyen de pore de 20 µm ou moins sur sa surface et le rapport de réflexion diffuse dans la plage de longueurs d'ondes de 400 nm à 600 nm est de 90 % ou plus.
