Provided is a resin composition for insulating films which has excellent tackiness after drying, can be used to obtain flexible insulating films, has excellent electrical insulation reliability, and has low warping after curing. Also provided are a resin film for an insulating film, an insulating film, and a printed wiring board comprising an insulating film. This insulating film resin composition contains cross-linked polymer particles having at least (A) a binder polymer, (B) a urethane bond in the molecule, and a carbonate skeleton.

L'invention concerne une composition de résine pour films isolants qui présente un excellent pouvoir collant après séchage, peut être utilisée pour obtenir des films isolants souples, présente une excellente fiabilité d'isolation électrique et présente un faible vrillage après durcissement. L'invention concerne également un film de résine pour film isolant, un film isolant et une carte à circuits imprimés comportant un film isolant. Ladite composition de résine pour film isolant contient des particules de polymère réticulé comprenant au moins (A) un polymère liant, (B) une liaison uréthane dans la molécule et un squelette carboné.
