A housing (2) is provided with a bearing air flow path (13) through which bearing air is supplied towards an air bearing (6E) of an air motor (6), and a turbine air flow path (15) through which drive air is supplied towards a turbine (6C). An annular space (17) is provided around the air motor (6) between the housing (2) and a cover (5). A bearing air branching path (18) connecting the annular space (17) and the bearing air flow path (13), and a turbine air branching path (19) connecting the annular space (17) and the turbine air flow path (15) are provided. The air branching paths (18, 19) conduct a portion of compressed air to the annular space (17) and maintain the cover (5) in a heated state.
