(EN) A foamable oil-in-water-type emulsified oil or fat composition which contains: 0.04 to 1.0 wt% of an emulsifying agent (A) that is a sucrose fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 4 or less and/or a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 4 or less and a degree of polymerization of 3 to 10, wherein the (saturated fatty acid)/(unsaturated fatty acid) ratio (by weight) in the constituent fatty acids is 0 to 5.0; 0.06 to 1.0 wt% of an emulsifying agent (B) that is a lecithin having an HLB value of more than 4 and up to 10 and/or a sucrose fatty acid ester having an HLB value of more than 4 and up to 10 and/or a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having an HLB value of more than 4 and up to 10 and a degree of polymerization of 3 to 6, wherein the (saturated fatty acid)/(unsaturated fatty acid) ratio (by weight) in the constituent fatty acids is 0.25 to 5.0; and 0.03 to 1.0 wt% of an emulsifying agent (C) that is a sucrose fatty acid ester having an HLB value of more than 10 and/or a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having an HLB value of more than 10 and a degree of polymerization of 6 to 10, wherein the (saturated fatty acid)/(unsaturated fatty acid) ratio (by weight) in the constituent fatty acids is 0.2 to 5.0.
