Provided is a kneading and stirring device having excellent self-cleaning performance and being capable of stable, long term operation. A plurality of equilateral-triangle-shaped stirring vanes (3) are secured to two rotating shafts (4) so as to be eccentrically disposed by a fixed amount in a fixed direction along the axial direction of the rotating shafts, the vanes being arranged parallel to each other in a processing chamber (2). Two sets of the stirring vanes (3) secured in the same position in the axial direction of the rotating shafts (4) rotate eccentrically while kept in a state in which one of the apices of one of the stirring vanes (3) is adjacent to the profile of the other stirring vane (3) when the rotating shafts (4) have been caused to rotate at the same speed in the same direction. A polycondensation resin (processed product) deposited on the outer periphery of the vanes is scraped away, and the resin deposited on the inner wall of the processing chamber (2) is scraped away at the apices adjacent to the inner wall of the processing chamber, whereby superior self-cleaning performance is achieved and more-stable, longer-term operation is made possible relative to devices that use conventional disc-shaped stirring vanes.

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de malaxage et d'agitation ayant d'excellentes performances d'auto-nettoyage et pouvant faire preuve d'un fonctionnement stable à long terme. Plusieurs aubes d'agitation (3) en forme de triangle équilatéral sont fixées à deux arbres rotatifs (4) de manière à être disposées de façon excentrée d'une mesure fixe dans une direction fixe le long de la direction axiale des arbres rotatifs, les aubes étant agencées parallèlement les unes aux autres dans une chambre de traitement (2). Deux groupes des aubes d'agitation (3) fixées dans la même position dans la direction axiale des arbres rotatifs (4) tournent de façon excentrée tout en étant maintenues dans un état state dans lequel l'un des sommets de l'une des aubes d'agitation (3) est adjacent au profile de l'autre aube d'agitation (3) lorsque les arbres rotatifs (4) ont été amenés à tourner à la même vitesse dans la même direction. Une résine de polycondensation (produit traité) déposée sur la périphérie extérieure des aubes est éliminée, et la résine déposée sur la paroi intérieure de la chambre de traitement (2) est éliminée au niveau des sommets adjacents à la paroi intérieure de la chambre de traitement, de meilleures performances d'auto-nettoyage pouvant ainsi être obtenues et un fonctionnement à long terme plus stable étant possible par rapport aux dispositifs qui utilisent des aubes d'agitation discoïdes classiques.
