[Problem] To provide an in-mold decorative fiber molded article that enables a beautiful decoration, and a manufacturing method therefor. [Solution] The present invention is configured as follows. A preliminary pattern (2) is formed on a simple-molding paper (1) which has fine wrinkles formed on a surface thereof so as to have small apparent dimensions. The simple-molding paper (1) is sandwiched in a mold (3) and the mold is tightened. A mixture obtained by adding a polymer binder and water to a fibrous main material and kneading the result is used as a molding material (5). The molding material (5) is filled into a cavity (4) of the mold (3), which has been heated. A gap of 0.02-0.50mm is formed between the parting surfaces of the mold (3). From this gap, water vapor generated within the cavity (4) is released and removed, causing the molding material (5) to dry and harden. Subsequently, the mold is opened and a fiber molded article (6) is obtained in which the simple-molding paper (1) is integrally formed on the surface of the fiber molded article.

[Problème] Produire un article moulé à fibres décoratives dans le moule qui produit une décoration esthétique, et un procédé de fabrication pour celui-ci. [Solution] La présente invention est configurée comme suit. Un motif préliminaire (2) est formé sur un papier à moulage simple (1) qui a des rides fines formées sur une surface de celui-ci de manière à avoir de faibles dimensions apparentes. Le papier à moulage simple (1) est intercalé dans un moule (3) et le moule est serré. Un mélange obtenu par ajout d'un lieur de polymère et d'eau à un matériau principal fibreux et malaxage du résultat est utilisé en tant que matériau de moulage (5). Le matériau de moulage (5) est chargé dans une cavité (4) du moule (3), qui a été chauffé. Un espacement de 0,02 à 0,50 mm est formé entre les surfaces du moule (3). Depuis cet espacement, la vapeur d'eau générée dans la cavité (4) est libérée et éliminée, ce qui provoque le séchage et le durcissement du matériau de moulage (5). Ensuite, le moule est ouvert et un article moulé en fibres (6) est obtenu dans lequel le papier de moulage simple (1) est formé de façon intégrée sur la surface de l'article moulé en fibres.
