(EN) The present invention discloses a negative electrode material for lithium ion secondary batteries, which is characterized by being composed of: amorphous coated particles that are composed of a plurality of consolidated particles having no specific shape, said consolidated particles being obtained by consolidating a plurality of primary spheroidized graphite particles, and 0.5-20% by mass of an amorphous carbon layer that covers the surfaces of the consolidated particles and binds the consolidated particles with each other; and 0.5-25% by mass of a highly crystalline carbon layer that is formed so as to cover the outer surfaces of the amorphous coated particles and has an interplanar distance ascribed to CVD processing of 0.335 nm or more but less than 0.3369 nm. The negative electrode material for lithium ion secondary batteries is also characterized by having a porosity of 5% by volume or less. The present invention also discloses a method for producing the negative electrode material for lithium ion secondary batteries.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau d'électrode négative pour des accumulateurs lithium ion qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé de : particules à revêtement amorphes qui sont composées d'une pluralité de particules consolidées n'ayant pas de forme spécifique, lesdites particules consolidées étant obtenues en consolidant une pluralité de particules de graphite sphéroïdisées primaires, et de 0,5 à 20 % en masse d'une couche de carbone amorphe qui recouvre les surfaces des particules consolidées et lie les particules consolidées entre elles ; et 0,5 à 25 % en masse d'une couche de carbone hautement cristalline qui est formée de façon à recouvrir les surfaces extérieures des particules à revêtement amorphes et a une distance interplanaire assignée au traitement en CVD supérieure ou égale à 0,335 nm et inférieure à 0,3369 nm. Le matériau d'électrode négative pour accumulateurs lithium ion est aussi caractérisé en ce qu'il a une porosité inférieure ou égale à 5 % en volume. La présente invention concerne aussi un procédé servant à produire le matériau d'électrode négative pour accumulateurs lithium ion.
