Disclosed is a vehicle body panel joining structure which is provided with: a structural frame (30b) having a ridge line in the lengthwise direction, which has one section joined to a first vehicle body panel (44) and another section joined to a second vehicle body panel (43); an overlap part (61) which overlaps the first and second vehicle body panels and is disposed in such a way that the structural frame straddles the overlap part; a depressed part (64) which is provided at a position avoiding the ridge line on the structural frame and is abutted by the overlap part; and a spot-welded part (65) which is joined to the depressed part, the first vehicle body panel and the second vehicle body panel at the overlap part by means of spot welding.

L'invention concerne une structure d'assemblage de panneaux de carrosserie de véhicule présentant : un cadre structural (30b) muni d'une ligne saillante dans la direction longitudinale et présentant une section assemblée à un premier panneau de carrosserie de véhicule (44) et une autre section assemblée à un second panneau de carrosserie de véhicule (43) ; une partie de recouvrement (61) qui recouvre les premier et second panneaux de carrosserie de véhicule et est agencée de telle sorte que le cadre structural chevauche la partie de recouvrement ; une partie évidée (64) agencée en un emplacement écarté de la ligne saillante sur le cadre structural et contre laquelle la partie de recouvrement vient en butée ; ainsi qu'une partie soudée par points (65) qui est assemblée à la partie évidée, au premier panneau de carrosserie de véhicule et au second panneau de carrosserie de véhicule sur la partie de recouvrement par soudage par points.
